    We offer modern living for Senior Citizens and handicapped.  A residential facility for men and women, 62 years of age and older or handicapped, this building is constructed under an agreement with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Section 8 of the National Housing Act.  Residents must be able to maintain their own apartments.

    Income limitations are mandated by H.U.D., and verification of income must be furnished prior to admission.  Tenant rent is approximately 30% of your total monthly income.  When an apartment is occupied by a related couple, the rent is 30% of the combined total income for both persons.

    Total monthly income includes funds from any and all sources, such as interest income, pension income, Social Security, the income or earning potential of real estate or a business.  Medical expenses not covered by Medicare or other insurances are deducted from total monthly income prior to calculating tenant rent.
